Data Deletion Instructions

We value your privacy and make it simple to completely permanently remove your data from Nutaan CRM.

Delete your Nutaan CRM account (web and mobile app)

  1. In the Android or iPhone app: open Account → Delete my account and data, type DELETE and confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
  2. On the web: sign in, open Profile → Delete My Account and confirm.
  3. Can't sign in? Email business@nutaan.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Nutaan CRM account". We confirm by replying to that address, delete the account within 14 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone, password), your workspace and team access, leads, contacts, notes, call history and recordings, WhatsApp and inbox messages, uploaded files, connected integrations and notification tokens.

What may be kept

Payment and invoice records that the law requires us to keep, for the period the law requires.

Want to remove only some data and keep your account? Delete leads in the app, or email us which data you want removed.

Removing Facebook & LinkedIn Connections

You have full control over your social integrations. You can disconnect and permanently delete your data at any time directly through your Nutaan CRM dashboard.

Step-by-step Deletion Guide

    Log in to your Nutaan CRM dashboard.

    Navigate to the Settings page via the left sidebar.
  3. 3
    Select the Social Integrations tab.
  4. 4
    Locate your connected Facebook or LinkedIn profile account.
  5. 5
    Click the "Disconnect & Delete Data" button.
  6. 6
    Confirm the prompt to instantly delete all associated data.

Exactly what gets deleted?

  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens.
  • Saved page IDs and profile identifiers.
  • Active database webhook subscriptions.
  • All automated posting schedules.

Alternative Deletion

You also have the right to revoke Nutaan CRM's access directly from the platform itself without logging into the CRM.

FB Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove
